Five-day workshop. Tuition $1,295.00; Includes most materials and the use of tools. ALL LEVELS WELCOME! Previous experience with fusing is helpful, but not required.
A deposit of $650.00 is currently required to reserve your spot in class- the tuition balance of $645.00 is due Mar 5, 2026.

Tony’s innovative process allows for maximum project height in a single full fuse firing, enabling the creation of interesting pieces that interact with light and exhibit movement in ways that more traditional kiln-forming techniques cannot achieve.
This workshop is ideal for both novice and more advanced students. Newcomers will receive foundational information on fused glass, as well as Tony’s specialized techniques, while more seasoned students will be able to expand on their current skill set.
In addition to the class projects, Tony will provide information and advice on firing schedules, kiln types, kiln controllers, and other relevant topics.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Tony Serviente has been firing glass in kilns since 1991, after attending renowned glass artist Boyce Lundstrom's Camp Colton. For 33 years, Tony sold a line of kiln-formed gifts business-to-business nationally. He has about 50,000 firings of experience in both production and experimentation. He has been teaching for all those years and loves to learn new things, passing them along to others in his signature caffeinated and enthusiastic style.

TUITION CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THIS WORKSHOP
If we need to cancel a class: If Weisser Studio needs to cancel this class due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, a full tuition refund will be provided.
If you need to cancel out of class: A processing fee of $100.00 applies to all refunded or transferred tuition for this workshop. Tuition will not be refunded for cancellations made by students on or after March 5, 2026, unless a replacement can be seated.
