Sold as singles or in a bundle of 10.
Rod is sold in lengths of approximately 18 in (450 mm).
Rods are pulled from remelted Bullseye-compatible sheet glass. This Bullseye rod is an F-grade (recommended for both kilnwork and torchwork).
*Striking styles may appear different than their intended color before firing. These styles will reveal the targeted color after firing.
Notes:
Torch: Color develops in the flame. Maintain this style's transparency by using it in small amounts with minimal heatwork.
Kiln: Working properties and kilnformed characteristics are consistent with sheet glass.
This style is not suitable for kilncasting because it can opalize and/or become incompatible when held at high temperatures for an extended period. It may also opalize and/or become incompatible in instances where processes exceed the parameters of the test for compatibility. Testing is recommended when heatwork exceeds these parameters.
