Join us for an enjoyable workshop on crafting stunning Batiky Bowls. In this session, you'll work with powdered glass and water on sheet glass surfaces, creating distinctive designs with a technique pioneered by glass artist Lena Beckeus.
The patterns and colors produced resemble traditional batik fabric motifs. Weisser Glass Studio offers new insights and directions for this process, along with guidance on color choices and design ideas. It’s a great opportunity to learn and have fun in the studio!
No prior experience needed—bring a friend along! Participants will have access to various colors and tools to craft their own 9-inch fused glass bowl.
